In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, orange juice, orange zest, vanilla, and cinnamon until well blended. |

One at a time, gently transfer the French toast sticks to the prepared baking sheets, allowing the extra liquid to drip off into the baking dish. |

Bake for 6 minutes. Flip the French toast sticks and cook for minutes more, or until golden brown. |
