Mixed Berry Smoothie

I recommend keeping a small assortment of frozen fruits, including
berries, sliced bananas, mango chunks, and pineapple chunks, on hand. Smoothies are a healthy snack that can be made any time of day. They squelch a “hangry” mood fast and kids love them. For a little extra fun, add a dollop of Whipped Cream on top!

MAKE IT YOUR OWN: Use any of your favorite vegan protein blends or pea protein.

Make sure to read the label on any protein powders to make sure there are no hidden dairy ingredients.

The protein powder can also be left out, which makes the smoothie richer in berry flavor.

In a high-speed blender, combine the berries, banana, apple juice, protein powder, chia seeds, and hemp seeds.
Blend on high speed until smooth.
