Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie

This smoothie is a dairy-free version of a rich and creamy chocolate and peanut butter milkshake. It is naturally sweetened with dates, but you can also use 1 to 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey instead.

In a high-speed blender, combine the milk, peanut butter, cocoa powder, protein powder, dates, vanilla, and ½ cup of ice.
Blend on high speed until smooth.
Add ¼ cup more ice, if needed for texture.
