Combine the apricots and almonds in a food processor or small blender and process/blend until the mixture is coarsely ground. |

In a medium bowl, stir in the almond butter and honey into the almond/apricot mixture. |

Roll the almond/apricot mixture into balls about 1-inch in size |

Store these in the fridge |

If you want some more protein in these, add a 1-2 Tablespoons of your favorite protein powder and add a little more honey or maple syrup to make it all stick together |
